Marketing support

We are a well-established group of businesses in the health and well-being space, based in the UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for an experienced marketing/sales support person to assist with email marketing, customer segmentation, google analytics and customer support to help us to grow our brands. The ideal person would have experience with magento or other ecommerce platforms. The roles and responsibilities include:

Customer analysis and email marketing
- Analysis of monthly sales data for our group of health websites, including average order value, best sellers, products in decline and customer group trends
- Provide reports from our sales data that can be used for customer segmentation
- Complete reporting on all email campaigns across the group
- Assist with reseller audit of wholesale customers to ensure our brands are being presented consistently

Competitor analysis and market research
- Monitor competitor pricing and promotions (from specified competitors list on a monthly basis)
- Report on health and well-being trends for our markets and product range (quarterly report based on specific products/product groups)

Customer reviews
- Work with marketing and sales team to create and maintain the library of customer service / automated FAQ responses
- Customer review management

Google analytics and online shopping feeds
- Manage google analytics accounts for each of our sites and provide ecommerce reports and escalate any issues
- Manage exceptions on shopping feeds across a range of channels using 3rd party feed management software

Webmaster / Magento Website Administration
- Update front end content for product pages across all ranges
- Upload new blog content to website including research links and images
- Complete other website updates as required

Marketing and social content
- Provide research material for blogs and social media content as requested
- Assist with proofing and editing copy for content marketing (emails, blogs, social)
- Assist with creation of health product educational materials for our wholesale customers
- Research any new products we are launching and draft short description content for product pages

Product pages and SEO
- Update back end meta data for website including meta tags, descriptions, keywords
- Regular reporting on google search console to give us a view on backlinks and SEO performance
