T-shirt Designer Needed

Our aspiring t-shirt business is looking for a designer who can commit to creating at least 30 high-quality t-shirt designs per week long-term. We would provide you with themes and possibly pictures to give you an idea of what we're looking for and you would then create a number of t-shirt designs based on this information. We don't work much with slogans - the main focus of our shirts are the graphics - so we're looking for someone who is artistic and creative, and can create original, high-quality ---------- is important to us that
- you create the designs solely for us and don't ever sell them to anyone or use them anywhere else
- you make sure that nothing you design violates any copyrights

>>Our t-shirts are going to be Japan-themed, so any knowledge about Japan and Japanese culture would be greatly appreciated. If you have experience in drawing anime-style designs, have knowledge about Japanese pop and traditional culture, or even know some Japanese that's a big plus!!<<

Applicants will be asked to create three sample designs for us first.
