We currently employ 13 full-time Filipino VAs who run and manage every aspect of our business. THE VA WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You will be conceptualising a wide variety of designs across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. You’ll need to understand brand guidelines and be prepared to take the lead in developing ours.

To start, you'll need to be available for around 20 hours per ---------- pending on the scope of your ability, this has the potential to be a full-time position. (our last graphic designer worked an average of 35 hours a week)

THE VACANCY SPECIFICATIONS

You will be responsible for:
Taking the lead in managing our brand guidelines
Creating design concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Preparing finished designs ready for print and publishing online
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Studying design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas
Developing infographics, presentation, icons, banners, logos, and other designs
Using the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
Testing graphics across various media
Amending designs after feedback
Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Video editing experience would be a bonus but not essential
Basic web development and HTML is preferred but not required


You do not need to work UK office hours but may need to be able to attend meetings that have been set ---------- W THE PART ABOUT MYSELF AND MY AIMS

For the past 17 years I have been an entrepreneur and previously worked as a hospital doctor for 8 years.

I am married and have a young family. I live in Sweden and I run my UK businesses remotely.

Our company helps entrepreneurs from around the world build sustainable and scalable businesses by working with virtual assistants. We are transforming the lives of our clients by helping them to reclaim their time from their ---------- doing so, we are bringing families together and improving the health and happiness of the people we work with.
Since starting this business, we have developed an intimate relationship with the Philippines. We have so far found work for over 60 Filipino VAs and champion the rights and welfare of your contractors. We’ve recently established the SFO Virtual Assistant Academy in the Philippines to help new VAs to find rewarding long-term employment.

OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS

Starting pay rate: ---------- PHP per hour (depending on experience)
You will get paid on a Tuesday via Transferwise
Bonuses will be paid for exceptional work
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
You will be given holiday and sick pay if you become a permanent staff member
13th month as standard (pro-rata)
