Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Update and monitor company websites; including assessing performance
• Redesign existing web pages as needed
• Design web marketing collateral (ads, banners, etc.)
• Design and produce print marketing material (flyers, postcards, posters, etc.)
• Produce creative designs / samples for promotional materials
• Assist in managing print/promotional vendors
• Analyze SEO and assist in optimizing content

Additional Qualifications

• Proficient in Graphic software such as: Adobe CS5
• Proficient in Web Design language (preferred) such as: Php, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress is a must!
• Must be able to take initiative and work independently
• Works well in a team atmosphere as well as independently without supervision
• Independent thinker who is self-motivated
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate technical issues to a diverse non-technical audience
• Ability to collaborate with marketing team to create design solutions that meet company objectives in an innovative and creative way
• Ability to stay apprised of and assess current and future web design and SEO trends

Requirements
