Designers needed for interior layouts and ebooks

We are a book publishing company looking for reliable people to do interior book layouts using Indesign. We will send you book manuscripts in .doc, .docx, .pdf or other formats, and your function will be to format it using Indesign to the specifications we give you.
We provide high quality to our clients, so we need designers who are able to work quickly and accurately. Experience with Createspace guidelines is strongly preferred. We use Dropbox, email and Skype for communication.
You will also need to do ebook conversions ( epub and mobi ).
We pay a flat fee for book interior layout and for ebook conversion.
