Digital Channel and Social Media Marketing Specialist

VesuvITas is seeking a full-time, experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As Digital Marketing Specialist you will drive brand awareness. The Digital and Social Media Strategist utilizes social media and digital channels to engage the public and encourage company transparency. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support in the development and implementation of social media content, website management and social analytics towards the goal of generating leads.
Digital Channel and Social Media Marketing Specialist Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Daily maintenance of VesuvITas social media sites, which includes creation of new content, updating existing content and improving the overall user experience
• Assist with developing, creating and implementing content strategies for VesuvITas social media sites:
• Experience using Sendible or a similar Social Scheduling tool.
• Generate reports showing improvements in digital channel and social media engagement
• Serve as one of the staff resources in researching the latest trends and strategies in digital marketing, including social media platforms, web design, graphical elements and video;
• Research the correct hashtags compile, and then test hashtags repeatedly for stellar results
• Assist with data collection on all digital platforms, including VesuvITas website and all social media pages
• Ability to work either a US Eastern Time Zone schedule OR evenings, weekends and some holidays as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Sr. to Expert level knowledge of required social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and think critically.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to research the correct hashtags
• Enough Graphic design ability to complete the work requested
• Highly organized and multi-task orientated.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in communications or related field
• English Technical Writing Skills high proficiency. Mastery C2 level English Speaking and Writing Skills
Work Experience Requirements (Essential Requirements):
• 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or related field.
• Preferred experience/familiarity with Contact Center as a Service, Unified Communication as a Service, customer experience, cloud, cyber security, analytics technologies
• Intermediate experience with Adobe Suite, HTML5, videography or photography is a huge plus
