Experienced Tshirt Designer to create good text layouts with graphic

For our Design team, we are looking for new designers and illustrators who can create T-Shirt designs. We are looking for a long term employment relationship. Something that can grow over the years. I am famous for tutoring and making my designers better than ever but you must bring a certain talent.


YOUR ABILITIES:

Nowadays, there are many freelancer who claim to be a T-Shirt designer. We are looking for experienced designers with the following abilities:

- You have an eye for harmonic layouts and can identify imbalances in order to find a harmonic, appealing balance
//Imbalance is for example if the proportions do not work or if there is an area in the design that needed to be filled.... and due to certain issues it leads to an imbalance//

- You can or want to learn how to use the right fonts in the design.
//Creating Tshirt designs is not about trying out crazy or special ---------- is to find readable fonts that match the target audience and the ---------- ually for Tshirts it is best to use 2-3 fonts that work together

- You know how to find nice T-Shirt designs on pinterest ... if you need inspiration and don't know how to arrange the elements (fonts, graphic....)

- You know where to illustrate or find commercially free embellishments, ribbons...(without giving credit) and know how to use them

- You know how to illustrate either silhouette style graphics or other styles that fit the niche. Most of the time, the graphics from sources like pixabay have been used many times. Also if you use a graphic from somewhere you always have to double check with google picture reverse if the graphic has really not been uploaded somewhere else

- Personal abilities: You must be reliable. That means on the one hand you must only use fonts and graphics that you are free for commercial use or make them yourself, honest and you must be communicative during working hours. You must be able to face criticism in order to grow!



WAGE / SALARY:

Usually my designers get 1,50 dollar (one dollar and fifty cents) per design. If you make exceptional designs I could increase the payment to 2 dollars but only very few designers are that ---------- pending on your qualities you can create more or less designs. My plan is to have at least 60 designs per month.
