Associate Laywer URGENT Makati

Qualifications:
-A graduate of Bachelor's of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor
-Must possess a professional license (bar) in law or equivalent; RA 1080 eligibility
-Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)
-With at least two (2) to three (3) years working experience in power or mining company is preferred
-Has background on Real Estate transactions
-Has background on corporate law (contract law, tax, securities etc.)
-With excellent negotiation and communication skills
-Has strong attention to details
