Rock Star React : Node.JS/Full Stack Developer

We are a well-established rapidly growing technology business is looking for a Node.JS/Full Stack Developer. Founded in 2016, we work with major clients in several key industries including clothing. We are located in Chicago, USA.

We are building an online marketplace (eCommerce).

You have a unique combination of skills, talents, and mindset, including:
• 4+ years’ experience on MVC programming
• 4 years of front-end development experience
• Experience with React and NODE.JS
• Strong Knowledge of HTML / CSS / Javascript / jQuery
• Familiarity with REST, GraphPL.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues with distributed crawling at scale.
• Plan, architect, integrate, and develop back-end database features.
• Provide technical documentation with deliverables.
• Experience or familiarity working in an agile development environment.
• Experience and familiarity with one or more of the following: MySQL and MVC
• productivity tools(Jira, Slack)
• Possess critical thinking, logic and analytical skills. Results-oriented with problem-solving skills. Reliable written communication and follow-up skills.

A minimum of 1-2 years in LAMP development and a proven track record of programming dynamic web applications that utilize a backend database for persistent data storage. You have hands-on experience designing, coding and unit testing web applications for desktops and mobile devices including:

• Knowledge of modern programming and scripting languages utilized in web environments including NODE.JS, MySQL, JavaScript/AJAX and HTML4/5
• Understanding of web-related protocols such as HTTP, SSL/SSH, FTP and TCP
Exposure to database technologies such as SQL
• What you don’t know, you’ll jump right in and learn. You can teach yourself whatever you need to know and you’re not afraid to go find solutions to difficult problems that crop up.
• You never say “That’s not my job.”
