video editor

I have a youtube channel which I would like to get a person to edit videos and make a thumbnail for my video I send it will most likely an hour of footage and you edit it down. not sure the pay yet but 30-50 per video is what I am aiming for the channel is very small. I am working on building it up and would definitely like someone who could edit a video here and there if it gets better I will increase wage
