General virtual assistant (Customer service agent)

I&M Solutions an established social media marketing company in the US, is looking for a Sales Representative to add to its growing list of dynamic team workers.

Job Description:

The successful candidate would take on the role of Sales Representative who will handle tasks involving sales, appointment setting and perfoming lead generation task, He/She should be able to communicate in English.

Skills Needed:

• Must have great English native speaking skills
• Excellent telephone manner and listening skills
• Respond and engage with customer questions or concerns
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening (asks good questions and takes detailed notes)
• Must have an experience in closing sales
• Preferably has more than 3 years experience working in online sales and customer support field
• Must be familiar with the various tools that will be used for these tasks

JOB OVERVIEW

You will be doing a variety of task almost all of which I will create voice tutorials for you.

Somethings I have in mind for the immediate future are:

• Lead generation
• Customer service
• Appointment setting
• Warm/Cold calling
• Knowledge in doing other
marketing strategies is a plus but not required

This is the general description of the position but other tasks might come up when needed so we’re looking for someone who is a fast learner and thinks out of the box.

Requirements:

• Must have noise cancelling headset
• Must have reliable high-speed internet connection
• Must have calm, quiet work-at-home environment
• Must be reliable, a fast-learner, hardworking and HONEST (Important)
• Must communicate regularly regarding tasks done, and progress of work
• Must be willing to work reliably even under minimum supervision
• Must be willing to work fulltime (8 hours a day x 5 days a week for a total of 40 working hours in one week)

Our company is based in San Diego USA so you need to work based on our time zone (PST). The shift is 8AM - 4PM PST This is a full-time job and we expect you to work only for us, no other freelance projects.
