Shopify Store Manager/Customer Service Representative

Hi,

I am in search of a VA who can perform the following tasks and more regarding Shopify.
- Shopify Web Design (No Coding Exp. Needed but it is preferred)
- E-Commerce Customer Service (Must Have Exp.)
- Product Researching
- Adding Products to the Shopify store
- Creating A Product Page For Approved Products
- Finding Ads & Videos to use for creating ads.
- Daily Shopify Management Tasks such as Sales & Profit Reporting, Expense Tracking, Email Newsletter Creation, Order Processing + Order Placing, Product Spreadsheet Creation, Performing Site Tests such as Page Load Speed Tests, App Functionality Tests, Email Functionality Tests, etc.
- Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest Knowledge Needed.
- Other tasks may include sourcing suppliers of products, finding and sourcing ads and ad assets, as well as other small tasks.

Video training will be provided and our team will assist you with learning your job function. Our ideal VA is someone who is a go-getter and figures stuff out on their own. We don't have time to babysit as we are extremely busy. This job does come with more earning potential than what you start at if you show excellent work and provide us with amazing service.

Hours Worked Expectations: 60-80 hours a month. This solely depends on how quickly you finish the task given. If you are quick, you make more money per hour. If you are slow then you make less money per hour. Regardless of how fast you work, we expect the tasks to be completed in a timely manner.
