Amazon Virtual Assistant

I'm currently expanding my team and in need of a new virtual assistant in doing the following;

-helping research and source for profitable items
-scanning websites, price sheets, and software applications to determine items
-helping with administration tasks within Amazon Seller Central
-reverse source supplier searching and utilizing a shared spreadsheet

Initially, you will be put on a trial basis, which will be a lower amount of hours to ensure you understand the processes and job better. Hours can grow as much as you'd like and solely based off the performance you produce.

Job Details;
-$3 / hour during trail period
-$4 / hour immediately after trial period
-Hours can be increased pending performance
-Bonuses available
-Starting minimum of 5 hours per week Monday - Friday your local time

The more products you find and source that fit our criteria for purchase, the more hours I will be able to make available to you. Bonuses are offered off of performance metrics we can discuss.

Hours are dependant upon performance, so the sky is the ---------- centives are important to me which can be rewarded for hitting certain metrics or learning new skills on your own time that you can bring towards your work.
