WHAT WE NEED
- We are seeking a customer service and admin team member for live chat, email and phone support and admin.
- This position is considered an integral part of our existing customer service team.
- The successful applicant will be passionate about customer service, detail-focused and very reliable.
- You will be working from home, with a remote team who are in the Philippines, Melbourne, Adelaide and London.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Had you been with us last week you would have:
- Serviced 200+ live chat customers and delighted them in the process
- Replied to 35 customer service email tickets
- Uploaded 10 new bra styles to our Shopify ecommerce website
- Provided backup phone customer support when our AU team were unavailable including on weekends.
- Merchandised our website collection pages based on best sellers
- Assisted with monthly reporting
- Made our customers smile (a lot)
- Had a weekly Work In Progress meeting with the CEO over Skype.
- Regular intra-day communication over slack with our distributed team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-Time commitment:Upgrade to see actual infohours per week
-- Work hours Saturday to Wedneday, from 12pm to 9pm PH, time with an hour off for lunch.
-- 100% focused on our business - NO SIDE JOBS

-Experience:
-- Minimum of two years experience working in a related role
-- At least 6 months relevant background and experience in live chat and phone customer service
-- Experience with tools needed to work remotely
--- Google Docs/Sheets
--- Project management tools (Slack, Asana/Trello/Basecamp)

- Skills and Technical knowledge
-- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
-- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are a must
-- Above average typing speed
-- Intermediate to Advanced Excel

- Home setup and personality traits
-- Fibre internet connection with backup option (internet café or generator etc)
-- Sound proof room to work in so there is not animal or children noise when on the phone
-- Detail-oriented, organised, multi-tasking, and can deliver results on time
-- Fast worker
-- 100% accuracy and attention to detail
-- Very quick and very comfortable operating computers
-- Self-Starters who get things done
-- Great communicator
-- Problem Solver and a Fast Learner
-- Reliable
