North Shore Crafts is looking for an enthusiastic, talented and driven individual to join the fun and inspiring world of Punch Needle. Our commitment is to engage crafters and DIYer's with informative yet fun and encouraging tutorial videos. Creativity brings people alive and I want to encourage women to create and feel alive.

Who we are: North Shore Crafts is an online store selling Punch Needle supplies and ---------- is a new business growing quickly as the demand for punch needle is quickly rising. Punch Needle is a new trend so our goal here at North Shore Crafts is to provide information to those wanting to master the art. Teaching has been our goal and will continue to be our goal. Sharing how to complete different projects and also inspiring women to create art and beauty.

The Environment: North Shore Crafts is a new business with 1 working employee. I am flexible yet expect projects to be done by a certain deadline. You would have the flexibility to create your own schedule.

What we're looking for: A video and photo editor. Applicant is expected to be proficient in editing DIY tutorial videos, as well as take screen shots out of videos to be used in a corresponding blog post. The content should be completed in an efficient and aesthetically pleasing manner. Editors will be given a timeline for first edits and final edits.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Combine and edit videos clips
Add tutorial queues via titles
Edit audio when needed
Speed up video in areas with repetition
Make certain all video and sound meet quality standards
Create still shots of tutorial process to be used in corresponding blog post
Apply photo editing to still shots

Qualifications:
Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro CC and Adobe Lightroom Classic
Ability to quickly troubleshoot technical issues with editing software and equipment
Ability to color correct and mix audio levels
Understanding of digital workflows and file-based delivery

Education & Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
