The position DOES NOT involve any cold calling. You will be scheduling clients who contact the office to schedule an appointment.

Sales experience, or being good with people on the phone.

You need to be good at knowing how to overcome occasional objections or any reservations a client may have, before scheduling their appointment.

You also need to have a good headset, a quiet place to call and have a place where there is strictly no background noise during calls.
