Highly Skilled T-Shirt Designer for Illustrations and Typography

Hello,

I’m selling T-Shirts on POD Sites worldwide As Business increasing, I’m looking for 3 designer to join my creative team

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR

- Full Time Designer for a long business relationship
- About 30-40 weekly designs from you
- You do your own design and you start them by sketch with a pen! (Which means you can draw ?)
- No use of vector graphics or stock photos, only self drawn designs
- Mastering Photoshop or Illustrator / or any other related software
- Knowledge in Trademark (Don’t DO Batman Shirts :-) )
- Google Drive or Dropbox (for the workspace)
- Responsibility
- Good English Communication

WHAT I AM OFFERING

- Fixed Monthly Salary + Bonuses (If you do awesome work)
- 4$ /Design
- To make sure efficient work between us, we will make a test run with a bunch of
- Long Business relationship (at least 1 or 2 years)
- Learning from my business experiences
- Easy and flexible communication via skype, FB, Google drive

As we only want the best designers out there for our business - we will do a little competition
for this job.

If you made it to the next round we will sent you 3 links or ideas of t-shirts, you will have to
create those 3 ideas (yourself and unique) and send them back to us asap (deadline will be
given).

The 3 best designers that are entering this job competition are going to win the job and will
be working for us! :-)
