ESL Teacher (Home-Based)

Hi! TSK Education Technology, an educational information service company that integrates curriculum development, training management, and B2B online education services, is currently looking for part-time home-based ESL instructors to join our growing team. Our students are Chinese children ages 4-12 years. We offer a highly competitive rate of 120 to 320 pesos per hour to our instructors. 

TSK Edutech takes pride in its commitment to providing high quality instruction to its students. To qualify for the job, you must have:
* A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in English or Education
* Excellent command of the English language (ideally with a neutral accent when speaking)
* Passion for teaching 
* At least 1.5 years of teaching experience
* TESOL/TEFL Certification is preferable and will be given priority; however, any other teaching certificate will be considered
* Availability: Can render at least 100 teaching hours every month

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Teach 25-minute lessons to Chinese students
* Establish a virtual class environment conducive to learning
* Provide relevant feedback and suggestions to students to guide their learning
* Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment
* Introduce and utilize strategies that engage and nurture student learning and student relationships
