Marketing Specialist

Starting rate is $5/hr or $800/month, with a 90 day probation period. After which regularized rate can be negotiated.

You will be responsible for assisting the marketing director and CEO with developing and executing various marketing, advertising, and exposure action plans across various channels within the SEO and SM spheres.

Requirements:
• Professional experience with digital marketing apps / platforms such as: ahrefs, google analytics, google tag manager, FB ad manager, etc.
• Professional experience with social pilot.
• Experience handling digital advertising campaigns on SM platforms such as facebook, instagram, linkedin, etc.
• Native US English - C2 level only. You will be interacting with US-based company personnel, as well as clients.
• Direct communication & availability - A non-metered, wired connection of at least 10 MBPS is required for this position.
• Handling of criticism & feedback - We are a team environment and big egos will not fit in.
• Competent Aptitude & IQ.
• Analytical mindset & out-of-the-box thinking.
• Previous marketing experience either an agency capacity, or working with SMBs.


Job Scope:
• SEO - keyword list building, analysis, performance tracking, analytics, etc.
• Content research - find topical themes and topics, provide relevant keywords, then pass to the content writer.
• SM Marketing - expand follower count and social media awareness though Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin, and other social media platforms.
• SM Management - reply to queries and interact with followers, provider further assistance in managing the social media accounts of the CEO and other relevant company personnel.
• Content Scheduling - search for, and manage curated content to be posted on the company's social media feeds.
• Outreach & networking - reach out to influencers, vloggers, and other relevant industry figures for the purposes of collaboration, content syndication, ---------- erested applicants may submit their resumes with the capital of california as their subject line.
