INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER/ CONTENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Qualifications:
• At least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar content management/ digital production role.
• Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology.
• Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
• Knowledge with scenario based and compliance training.
• Experience in using Adobe Captivate or Articulate.
• Visual Design Skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard.
• Experience supporting a Risk, Compliance, Fraud and Disputes Account is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System.
• Can create responsive eLearning courses, Video Demonstrations and Interactive Videos, Virtual Reality Training and 360 Learning experiences, click-and-drag based interactions using Adobe Captivate.
• At least 1 year of BPO training experience.
• Open to any shift schedule.
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
