Video Editor

Hi! I am looking for a video editor to assist me in releasing more videos for my YouTube channel and for my online courses. I have many videos I need to release in the next few weeks and I need someone to edit my videos.

I need someone who is easy to work with, pay close attention to detail, a self-starter, work well against a deadline, always improving, have experience in video editing and uses Final Cut Pro X / Adobe Premiere Pro etc. minimal effects and lower thirds text to be added. Other creativity is welcomed, as long as it is relative to the video.
ALSO, creating thumbnails for the videos if possible! **That would be a PLUS**

I do videos of me talking in front of a camera, so editing is not intensive, just need help editing so that I can publish more videos quickly.
I am looking to do two videos a week and move quickly to 3 videos a week,.

More important than skill is I are looking for a motivated team-player who gives their 100% and goes above & beyond, always willing to learn. Someone who brings their own creative ideas to the table on how to improve videos we present to audiences across YouTube and all other platform/touch points.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a video editor
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut, Motion graphics)
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated with ability to produce without constant supervision.
• Language requirement: High level of proficiency in English
