LANDING PAGE Expert Needed

On my last job posting, I kept getting applicants who were WEB DEVELOPERS.

I don't want web developers. I need a person who is an expert at creating and optimizing LANDING PAGES.

You need to be an expert in making a web page that can convince a person to put in their personal information and click the Submit button.

My ads on facebook are getting clicks, but I'm getting no lead captures on my landing page.

I need a person who has experience with CREATING SUCCESSFUL landing pages that have captured leads to help me out.

Need someone who can look at my landing page, see what is wrong, and tell me what to change to convert those ad clicks into leads. My landing page is made in Wordpress not Clickfunnels. Experience in Clickfunnels or Wordpress landing pages would be ---------- nd me a few samples of landing pages you have created in the past and how many leads you got from them.
