They must be very helpful, quick thinker and has the utmost attention to details and expert in multi-tasking/navigation as they need to answer all questions in the fastest and most efficient way possible.
For a start (probably in a few months), calls are very minimal but we wanted someone to take the calls as it rings.
We require somebody who is working with another Client during the hours of operation (8:00am CST - 5:00pm CST) as we are expecting to get only 1 to 5 calls in a day max for the first few months.
You must have a US phone number as well and all the equipment needed for this position. Please don't apply if you don't have this requirement to save both our time.
