Virtual Marketing Assistant/Manager

Hello there!

I am getting ready for a launch in my business and am looking for a tech savvy, marketing, customer service and administrative coordinator who is self-motivated and learns quickly.

Please read on if you are/have:

• Tech savvy: WordPress expert, and can quickly find your
way around online and figure out new programs and online
services (InfusionSoft experience a plus!)
• Speak and write excellent English
• Self-starter - enjoy finding answers to things on your own
and will only ask for help as a last resort
• Detail-oriented
• Reliable, thorough and personable
• Have some understanding of online marketing (information
marketing, common software/programs, launch strategies
and processes, affiliate and JV partnerships, etc.)
• Looking for long term employment
• Good internet connection and fast computer
• Smart phone with viber app
• Available to work starting at 6am, Monday-Friday Philippines
time zone
• Looking for a full time salary position

Some examples of what you will be doing:

• Build and update various pages in WordPress using basic
html
• Set up campaigns in InfusionSoft
• Create reports and/or maintain data using Google Docs in
word-processing and spreadsheets
• Process and respond to emails
• Prepare and schedule html and text mailings in InfusionSoft
• Correspond with affiliate partners, and manage online
affiliate program
• Set up conference calls in Instant Teleseminar
• Upload recordings to Audio Acrobat and post links on
website
• Layout and design of flyers, handouts, documents and
presentations, etc.
• Correspond with promoters of speaking events, and with
guest speakers
• The starting salary for this position will be 13,500 php, and
once trained you’ll be eligible for periodic raises
