Travel Young Outdoor Adventures is an adventure travel agency for small groups of young adults 18-39 years old. We guide affordable, off the beaten path, adventures all over the world with a focus on outdoor adventure, humanitarian, and eco-friendly travel.
We were first founded in January 2014, paused operations on Sept 2017, and are now rebuilding the company together, starting with you!
We are currently hiring a new team consisting of a social media marketer, travel agent, digital advertiser, and our original founder, Clark Varin. We work virtually with no primary office space and we require that you are disciplined enough to do the same.

Job Objective:
Generate
Work with the social media marketing team to create new ad ideas and submit requests for sales copy, images, videos, and new ad creative. Test different audiences and ad creatives and determine which ad sets are performing best.

Responsibilities
This job is critical to scaling up our operations and growing the company. Having an organic social media presence is fundamental, but I’m a big believer that paid advertising is the most powerful social media tool that exists. You will be working closely with the social media team and CEO to discuss goals, progress, and strategies.
Starting off as a part-time employee you will:
-Create and test
-Set up and manage a
-Report on which ad creatives and audiences are performing the best.
-Track performance metrics on a daily basis and prepare weekly performance reports.
-Come up with and present new ideas and strategies based off of past results.
After 1-3 months, when you go full time you will also:
-Manage end to end social media advertising campaigns.
-Stay on top of all other possible advertising outlets.
-Set up Google Adwords campaigns for each of our tour destinations.
-Create and test Instagram and Pinterest ad campaigns.
-Track all the metrics and report on CPC, CPL, and ROI for each platform and campaign.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 2 years of
-Minimum of 2 years of Google Adwords experience required.
-Proven history of managing at least $10,000 USD / mo ad budget on
-Google Ads certification required.
-Google Analytics Mastery
-Knowledge of retargeting, display, and rich media advertising.
-Experience with Google Apps a plus.
