Executive Assistant Needed

Intro:

We are looking for a Rockstar assistant to help us with several different jobs. We will need light bookkeeping (mostly just downloading reports to give to our accountant), answer customer emails, engage users/influencers on lnstagram and Facebook, create social media posts, data entry and some other jobs. We can train you on all of these tasks.

We are looking to hire someone at $3 per hour (USD) at 20 hours per week.

Who we are:

We are an eCommerce company that has been selling on Amazon and Shopify for over a year now. We sell physical products: supplements and we also manage another brand that sells bungee cords. We currently have 2 employees and are growing fast. We are all completely remote and operate independently. We just make sure to check into our Slack channel every day. Getting good work done on time is more important than logging hours.

Who you are:

You are a team player who can work well and be trusted without too much supervision. You are a go-getter that is willing to learn new things. You can research topics online. You have a great internet connection that has acceptable up time. You have semi-flexible hours, so we can schedule weekly calls in different time zones. You have AMAZING American English. You don't mind working just a little bit on some weekends. You are a team player. You have a good knowledge of social media, data entry into excel, and general eCommerce knowledge.

The best candidate:

Needs to have fantastic (American) English

Experience with Amazon FBA businesses

Experience with lnstagram and Facebook, including post creation, tagging keywords, etc.

Experience with Google Docs, Excel, and Internet Research

Team Player

Self Motivated and Quick Learner
