Facebook Page Management / Ad Management

Team Jamaca Real Estate | Simplistic Realty is a Real Estate team in Roseville, CA, USA. In an effort to grow our retail marketing, we are launching a new marketing program with 15 featured cities in the Sacramento, CA, USA area. We are currently looking for a Virtual Resource to handle the following tasks. This position has the potential to expand as our marketing efforts grow and change in the Sacramento market.

Core Responsibilities:
* Research Real Estate Listings and identify listings to feature on city based Facebook Pages
* Update 15 distinct city based Facebook Pages daily with custom content as scheduled on an existing content schedule
-- Content Schedule has posts on every page 7 days per week.
-- Use of Post Scheduling software is acceptable / preferred
* Research articles to share on all 15 distinct, city based, Facebook Pages
* Create and manage Facebook Ads across 15 distinct, city based, Facebook Pages, using a budget set per city.
* Collaborate with TJRE | SR Team on the writing of ad copy and photo selection for Facebook Ads
* Provide metrics and reports on all Facebook ads currently in production on a daily and as-needed basis

General familiarity with the tools we use is a HUGE plus:
* G Suite
* Google Docs
* Slack
* Dropbox
* Facebook
* Facebook Ad Manager

Commitment Required from you:
* Estimated required time commitment per week is 20-30 hours.
* Work hours are flexible and are not required to be US Time Zone business hours.
* I expect open and honest communication from all team members, including remote / virtual team members.
* If you have a better way of doing something, tell me. I am happy to learn new tools / ---------- mitment from me:
* Your performance will be judged based on successful completion of structured tasks + any additional value added to the team.
* Salary increases / bonuses are based on performance and will be reviewed at least quarterly.
* As the leader of TJRE | SR, I make it a point to get input from my team on a regular basis.
* I am available nearly 24 hours a day, and if not immediately reachable, I will respond within 12 hours in 95% of circumstances.
* If you need something from me or my team that you are not getting, let me know and I will rectify that in the quickest possible manner.
