Design Fulfillment Manager (Graphic Designer)

We are a e-commerce company that sells drink-ware products. We’ve been in business for almost a year, and in need of proactive, diligent, and honest people to join our growing company.

We are looking for a part-time Graphic Designer that knows Adobe Illustrator. Your task will be to prepare design files for us by entering variables (name, date, words, etc). These design files are for our customers that want custom designed products.

If you are looking for a creative job (creating logos, designs, etc), this may not be for you. With that said, we may have you re-create designs for us based on certain criteria(s), and visual elements.

REQUIREMENTS

- Technical Skills: -

1. 6 or more months of experience with Adobe Illustrator
2. Know how to use Adobe Illustrator Action Scripts & other automation techniques.
3. Know the basics:
a. Know how to import & export files (PNG, JPEG, EPS)
b. Change fonts, strokes, color, etc
c. Know how to use the Pencil Tool, Smooth Tool, etc.
d. Know how to use the Alignment Tool
e. Understand the difference between RGB & CMYK.
f. Know how to export files to RGB & CMYK
4. Know how to create/use Clipping Masks, Compound Paths, Pathfinder.

- Pay: -

This job will require 3 hours per day for 7 days of week for the first 3 Months. If you finish your tasks before 3 hours, we will still pay you for 3 hours. We require that all tasks be finished before 3 hours.

Our compensation plan is stated below:

1. 150 PHP/HR (0-3 Months) + Monthly Bonuses (450PHP)
- requires 3 Hours Per Day
2. 250 PHP/HR (3-6 Months) + Monthly Bonuses (750PHP)
- requires 3-5 Hours Per Day
3. We will consider Full-Time Employment.

For the first 3 Months, you will earn 12,600 PHP/Month. For the second 3 Months, you will earn 21,000 PHP/Month. If we see you are performing well, we will consider Full-Time Employment.

We are located in the U.S. Our hours of communication will be within the window period of 8AM - 11AM (GMT +8). If you have any questions, or concerns, this will be the window of communication.
