Architect / Designer

My job is to design dream house consider to the client needs. Basically from preliminary sketch drawing floor plans according to the space requirements needs as well to the size of lot to be fitted.Until then satisfaction of the owner/ client
to complete working drawings signed & sealed by architect/ engineers for respective field such architectural, structural, electrical & sanitary (plumbing) / Mechanical HVAC detail shop drawings layouts & details were properly coordinated.To proceed for Building Permits &
Construction. 15 years experienced on drafting works & design manual to update 2018 autocad software & some sodtware for prespective rendering for presentation like skecth up software. from previous employment from local & abroad.
Today i settle down to practice my profession for 5 years as freelance or per contract basis for recommendation & some
clients request to produce shop drawings & site Inspection w/ supervision on going construction works.
I could fabricate the said requirements for 7 to 30 working days depend on the situatuion from small to huge project proposal from residential house , commercial building & condominium & some complex projects.
