JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
* Take inbound phone calls from patients to schedule, provide patient info, or direct call to correct department
* Do outbound phone calls to schedule patients or to confirm appointment request.
* Do outbound to follow up on voicemails, missed calls, and broken appointments
* Respond to incoming requests for appointments via website and marketing sources
* Call patients to adjust schedule or request information
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Consistency follow policies and protocol to offer reliable service to our patients
* Auditing patient charts for administrative accuracy
* Sending emails and What’s App messages while auditing to provide detailed and timely feedback to administrative staff
* You will report directly to the Director of Operations and/or Director of Marketing

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years experience working remotely for a US company on US working schedule.
* Experience with tools needed to do the job
> Google Sheets/ Docs and Microsoft Word/ Excel
> Google Docs & Gmail
> Whatsapp Mobile Messaging application
> Remote Desktop Access Software

Skills and Technical Knowledge:
* Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - should be able to manipulate pivot tables
* Ability to produce error free reports
* Ability to effectively communicate in English - written and verbal
* Ability to quickly learn new software systems
