JOB OVERVIEW

Job brief:

We are looking to bring on a passionate Data Analyst on to our team in order to help turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. We have several reports that we would like developed for our Amazon business, however, the most immediate one is for Amazon PPC.

Data Analyst Job Duties:

We currently have a PPC specialist run and manage PPC campaigns. We are presented with weekly excel reports from the PPC specialist however, these are not as insightful as we’d like them to be. The chosen candidate should be able to:

• Process data provided by PPC specialist and present it to us in a visual manner using Google studios.
• Retrieve PPC reports from Amazon seller central and develop additional meaningful reports.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with management to continue to develop and build better PPC reports.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
• Strong Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google studios (For data visualization) -> Please note this job requires a very strong knowledge of excel and google studios
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics is strongly preferred.


Hourly rate: $2.50 - $5 per hour (Depending on experience)
Job time: Part-time (2 - 5 hours weekly could increase up to 10 as more reports are developed).
