JOB OVERVIEW

We have an opportunity to join our dynamic team. We offer long-term full-time security, on-going training, and a great working environment where we promote the elevation of your quality of life.

We are a small personable agency that specializes in serving clients that sell digital products, online courses, training and coaching related services. We have an end-to-end solution where we help them market their programs, build their websites, create their course handouts and develop the automated communication as well as their payment system.

Specifically the role we are looking for has strong skills in design as well as front-end building of websites.

The design projects involve creating webpages either directly in a page builder (we use Divi for 90% of our projects with some clients on Elementor) as well as PSD/PDF designs when some clients require it. You need to be comfortable designing directly with a page builder as we frequently use this technique.

Additionally the design deliverables would include PDF Handouts, Fillable PDFs, Infographics, sidebar images, editing images for advertising campaigns, image selection for website ---------- ermediate knowledge of CSS is a plus although we have a full-time developer in our team. Ability to edit audio and video (with prior experience) is also a plus but not required.

To succeed you need to be comfortable working in a project management tool (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.) and keeping track of your deliverables. We use heavy documentation for each task, create standard procedures as well as "task templates" to streamline this for you. You would login the project tool daily to set your priorities for the day and week.

You also need to be proactive, able to come up with your unique designs and be comfortable asking questions. We encourage collaboration and communication in our team through Slack and Zoom meetings. If you need something to move forward (i.e. additional instructions or a code from the developer) then you are expected to speak out. There is no bad questions!

If you are selected then we'll setup weekly quick meetings to help you integrate with the team and learn our tools. We'll also assign a team member to further help you get up to speed with how we work.

If selected, you would start out part-time working on a few projects and having on-going tasks assigned in the system. Then our goal would be to quickly move you into a full-time long-term situation to provide you with security and consistent income.

Please reach out to me with your resume and portfolio. I'll provide a response and from there we will setup a meeting time to interview if you appear to be a good fit.
