We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working with Shopify dropshipping stores. When you apply, include the word blue and tell us about your previous customer service experience.
The work will be part time first (about 20h/week), but will gradually become a full time (40h/week) job within few months.
Requirements:
- Experience using ZenDesk
- Experience doing customer service for eCommerce / dropshipping store
- Ability to communicate using professional and extremely polite English
- Ability to come up with solutions to uncommon problems without help
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests on ZenDesk in perfect English
- Issue refunds according to our refund policy
- Re-send products to customers when needed
- Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately
