About the Online Marketing Analyst Role
We are looking for a full-time Junior Marketing Specialist to be a key member of our growing team. The Junior Marketing Specialist, working directly under the Director of Sales and Marketing in our Hamilton location, will collaborate with various resources within the team to deliver the best marketing strategies to fuel future growth. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for writing, creative graphic design skills, have some experience with social media advertising and a drive to succeed, you are the perfect candidate that we are looking for.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Manage and coordinate digital marketing activities
? Support the goals set in the marketing plans
? Work closely with the sales team
? Translate the company’s objectives into marketing strategies
? Improve search-engine rankings
? Share qualitative content on different social media channels
? Create, send and answer
? Use multiple analytical tools to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
? Ensure data from all sources is accurate and being captured appropriately.
? Use multiple analytical tools to monitor effectiveness of online strategy.
? Study data and identify issues and opportunities
? Prepare monthly reports and ensure reporting standards are met and adhered to.
? Make recommendations for improvement
? Perform exhaustive keyword research and analysis.
? Analyze competitors’ online presence and tactics.
? Identify meaningful link building opportunities.
? Identify and communicate new opportunities and developments in online search.
? Recommend new tools that should be incorporated into Core’s online methodologies.
? Ensure all client website on-page elements are optimized.
? Monitor and communicate any website performance issues.
? Measure, test and refine all conversion elements to drive leads.
? Recommend opportunities to increase conversions.
? Structure and manage campaigns for Paid Search.
? Monitor and refine campaigns to improve performance.
? Optimize budget on behalf of clients.
? A/B testing of landing pages and ad content to determine best campaign setup.

REQUIREMENTS
? Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication - or relevant work experience.
