Basically, we are looking for someone who can handle our customer support efficiently with some basic instructions as well open to learn new things regarding our business.
This is not your regular customer support, where customers ask for shipment information, order update and so on.
They involve some technical requests which requires some level of knowledge ( Which we are going to teach you briefly using some case study videos on how we handle requests from previous customers )

Also, we are looking at hiring someone for 6 hours daily shared between
2 hours max. ( 8 AM - 10 AM EST )
2 hours max. ( 4 PM - 6 PM EST )
2 Hours max. ( 9PM - 11 PM EST )
For the first week of work, I will personally monitor your tickets and see that you’re attending to them correctly or making good progress with them.
