• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

• Responsible in daily monitoring of employee's attendance movement
• Ensnure that all attendance related documents submitted by the employees are with proper approval from the management and designated signatories
• Ensure that timekeeping reports submitted to Accounting are accurate
• Responsible in on-time submission of timekeeping reports to Accounting (Daily, Piece Rate, Monthly, Semi-Monthly)
• Responsible in coordinating employee's attendance related grievances to Accounting
• Monitor and document all employee's attendance related grievances
• Recruitment
• Receive manpower request promptly
• Responsible in posting job ads
• Coordinate clearly manpower requirements and qualifications to Department Head before posting job ads
• Coordinate interview Schedules to Department Heads and top management
• Conducts initial interview and test administration to applicants
• Facilitates newly hired employees requirements
• Conducts company orientation
• Responsible in the issuance of ID
• Responsible in accurate enoding of employee's data in the system
• Responsible in safe keeping of all employee's 201 file
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
