Virtual Assistance for Manychat, Amazon, eBay and FB Messenger Customer Service

We need a virtual assistant HIGHLY fluent in American English, speaking and writing, to be part of our customer service team. Must have experience in eCommerce/online marketing or done similar jobs ---------- description includes but not limited to:
- Manychat and facebook page messages support (answering our messages in facebook, continuously checking the messenger bot and making sure everything is working properly. This is very important. As we receive tons of messages through chat bots, you must continuously check all the messages 3 -4 times each day)
- Email support for our customer service ( will teach you our process and answers to different scenarios)
- Amazon and eBay customer service ( answering to customer questions, will give you template but you need to have experience)
- You must be fully fluent in English, speaking and writing, and be able to have phone call with our team through the day. Most of our discussions will be done over the phone.
