Position: Korean Associate for Airline Account

Salary: P 70,000 - P 80,000

Requirements:
• Korean National living in the Philippines
• Can speak English
• College Level or bachelor's Degree Holder
• Customer Service Background, related to Airline is an advantage
• Must be willing to work in Taguig City

Responsibilities:
• Management of Korean concerns through phone calls, chat, and email
• Assist in processing of booking and rebooking of flights
• Assisting Koreans with emergency concerns and issues for Airline account
• Provide information for inquiries and make sure they are addressed properly
