We're a locksmith company in the in California looking for a remote office manager / dispatcher.
The position requires
- Answering customer calls
- Scheduling jobs and appointments
- Communicating with clients via
- Invoicing and collecting payment
- Ordering inventory from suppliers
- Follow up with customers on estimates and overall experience
- Communicate with insurance company to produce certificates for our clients.
- Book keeping would be helpful!
The hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday from 8am till 6pm PST
