VA

We are a growing Canadian based family business, selling online on Amazon, Canada, USA, and UK, also own some Shopify websites, looking for a talented virtual assistant with experience on Amazon and Shopify to join our team.
You will be required to get involved in a wide variety of tasks, which includes but not limited to the following:

• Setting up and managing ads on Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, Google ads and more...
• Managing and growing social media pages/ groups
• Answering customer support queries (both email, website and on amazon)
• Adjusting pricing (both on amazon and on shopify website)
• Analyzing and researching competition
• Conducting inventory management
• Managing special offer and promotion codes and campaigns
• Adding new inventory to site
• Processing orders
• Interfacing with fulfillment/shipping company
• Handling returns and product exchanges
• Adding order tracking
• Looking up orders in Shopify / Oberlo when required
• Responding to customer inquires


We need you to work 4 hours each weekday MDT time. You can pick any 4 hour block between 11 am and 7 pm MDT and we need to be able to reach you during that time.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING (Qualifications)
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience within the social media marketing space
- Experience acting as a social media thought leader influencing senior executives and gaining buy-in within a matrix organization
- Ability to speak effectively to a multicultural millennial audience via social media.
- Proven experience managing paid social budgets in an efficient manner on major platforms.
- Ability to gather and use data to inform strategic decisions
- Ability to demonstrate how social campaigns deliver impact to broader business and marketing objectives
- Must have knowledge of advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Twitter and others
- Strong copy-writing skills, as well as ability to communicate message in brand tone and voice
- Familiarity with design, video production and photo editing software and programs
