? You will complete direct tasks for the CEO. You may oversee a team of freelancers to execute additional tasks in their specialty (i.e. content writing, website development, affiliate marketing, SEO, etc). You do not need to be an expert in these specialties, but you must be familiar enough to oversee execution and ensure high quality

How We Will Communicate
? Weekly video meetings or conference call for 1 to 1.5 hours to plan the week

? Experience
? 4+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant and/or Project Manager serving high-performing, fast-paced entrepreneurs and/or business owners
? Skills and Technical Knowledge
? Ideally, you are project management certified
? Highly fluent in using Fiverr, Upwork and similar platforms to secure freelancer talent as needed
? Fluent and ideally certified (if applicable) in all technology and communication platforms outlined above
? Bonus if familiar with task, workflow and marketing automation as well as form building

Examples of Tasks You Will Execute Directly
NOTE: I am completely fine to also consider finding other VA’s or freelancers you can oversee to execute some of these tasks versus doing them directly
1. Drive overall calendar, task management and timeline of CEO
2. Create playbook for entire job role and processes including org chart of roles for handoff should VA not continue in the role
3. Manage social media accounts and replies
4. Prepare, organize, and update current databases and reports
5. Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
6. Assist in monthly billing including data entry for invoices.

8. Appointment setting including confirmations on date, time, and location as well as merging appointments to one calendar for CEO
9. Coordinate details of Workshop and speaking engagements such as follow-up with coordinators to get over bio, description and information to promote the event
10. Research, locate, negotiate and coordinate speaking engagements for CEO including making sure facility requirements are met and securing payment of speaking fees
11. Internal marketing strategic planning and execution
12. Develop and execute internal marketing plan including promotion and launch of online program
13. Create or modify powerpoint slides for presentations/workshops
14. Research materials and sources for presentations and other marketing materials
15. Vetting of new leads
16. Create agendas for meetings with prospects and clients
17. Attend webinars, read books, review videos, take summary notes, and transcribe meetings
18. Personal research and tasks - plan trips, research topics, and events
19. Online ordering of items including finding the best item for our needs - Amazon, etc.
20. Final pass review of written content for final approval - blogs, press releases, etc.
21. Project plan and assemble existing and new resources to launch
