Online Sales Rep

Hi there! We are looking for a Sales Representative/Admin Assistant to be responsible for generating leads combined with some admin/record-keeping tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Reach out to customer leads either through initial telephone call reach-out, followed by sending out prepared email marketing campaign. We provide the prospective leads, all you need to do is to call them with prepared scripts that we provide you, update daily call-logs, etc.
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to new prospective customers (complete and thorough training is provided).
- Reach out and follow up to the said leads in order to make a sale (with just a light to medium sales push).
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and management.
- Continuously improve through feedback and suggestions.

Requirements:

- A trusty worthy internet connection; with back up preferred.
- A Skype account to be used for outgoing calls (We will provide your monthly subscription).
- Noise cancelling headset.
- Excellent communication, selling and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills are important for this expandable position.
- An RN or any medical related course is helpful but not required.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google sheets – preferred.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
- An hourly rate + bonuses for every confirmed sale that you are responsible for creating! No maximum or cap to the bonus’s you can earn, meaning that you can earn as much as you want!
- Timely payments via PayPal.
- Direct and simple communication via E-Mail, Skype/Telegram and Google-Drive.

Job hours are 10AM-4PM PDT, which is 1AM-7AM PH time

This is a part-time job for now but will be eventually with your desires to do so, change to full-time position after your evaluation period.
