About us: We are an up and coming growing E-commerce Shopify store ready to make a big bang in 2019

Inbound/outbound Sales and Customer Support Rockstar Need Apply: Order processing for E-commerce store via email, chat, phone sale & customer service calls. Must know how to sell/upsell on phone.

We're looking for a rockstar to take orders/process orders by phone/email/chat and manage customer support through phone/email/live chat. You will also be selling/up selling our products from inbound and making follow up out bound calls. Our customers are looking to order products from our online store, change orders, track order shipment status, or learn about pricing, or they have a complaint. Skills needed for this project:

- Experience in customer support or phone/online orders
- Friendliness and exceptional communication skills
- Basic Data Entry, Intermediate email and chat customer support
- ZenDesk experience preferred

The pay is $2.00-$5.00/hr + 2.5% commission of sale (Our average sale is $100) + bonuses after 1 month depending on your experience and Upgrade to see actual info your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience, including a one-minute audio self-introduction.
