I need some one to help me, i am inundated with things todo. My head is spinning and i can't keep going like this, i need your help to give me my time back so that i can do other tasks. not to play golf.

I don't know if i need a project manager or a rock star virtual assistance. you tell me… if you KNOW, you can help me, then please respond NOW. don't hold back this maybe the job you have been wanting your whole life.

I run a small and tight ship, we are a small digital ad agency, here the red land of down under… Australia.

And yes we do have kangaroos here.

I am looking for some one with quite a diverse experience and knowledge in digital marketing, website development and managing a team.

i will explain what i mean.

first of I need some who understands, how to manage people remotely, via Skype chats and Skype meetings. someone who understands how to use project management software to manage tasks, communication and push others to execution.

you need to be the type of person that takes responsibility and finds a way to get it done.

I not interested in someone that is not resourceful. or is masterful at delegating tasks back to me...

You need to be excellent at speaking and writing in english. you will often be proof reading my work, be holding regular staff meeting or often you will be collaborating with clients to get project details so confident speaking and writing is a must.

The role a full time position, work from home with great pay, sick leave and 3 weeks holiday pay.

You will get to work with good people, fun and challenging work, lots to learn and secure long term employment opportunity.

We requires a very proactive, meticulous type person, attention to detail, driven by results and has a gab for managing others and yourself to getting things done.

Ideally you will have experience with managing web design type projects, managing Google Adwords & Search Engine Campaigns

You would have done some article content or manage a team to do it for you. You are responsible from start to finish at ensuring work is getting done.

hours are 9am to 6pm with occasional following up later in the evening whenever we are talking to a contractor in another country so we can match time zones.
