Thanks for looking at our post. I am one of the executives for an Internet marketing company here in the US. We are currently implementing a new marketing tactic that we need help on. We are looking for a dependable, fast learner who can think on their own and do a job well done un-supervised.

We are currently testing out 5 new candidates. The tested task will pay 435.70 php and should take no more than 5 hours. After we do the test, we will be hiring one person to be apart of our team.

Your tasks will involve the following things:

- Niche Research i.e. finding new niches and sub-niches to market. A candidate with previous keyword research skills is a plus as you will need to find brands, phrases, words related to the niche we give you.
- Joining social media groups, specifically Google+ communities, at a rapid pace under different pre-made accounts. You will join groups that fit the niche you research.
- Gathering videos and finding fun pictures and memes that are related to that niche.
- Creating/Spinning short postings with videos/pictures/links in these posts. Links will be provided.

We want a person who will provide a team effort and contribute to the process with their intelligence and initiative.
Also, a sense of humor is a plus.

You will be required to give daily reports meeting daily goals including providing screen-shots of jobs done and inputing tasks into a Google doc spreadsheet.

Candidates with copy-writing skills, great communication skills, Internet video browsing/research, and experience with finding market niches/sub-niches (SEO) will be prioritized.

Candidates who have copy-write samples will also get top priority.

Nonetheless, we are willing to train the right candidate given that you have good feedback.

After that we will set up a brief 15-20 minute interview with candidates to be done over Skype and give that person the instructions to know what we expect.

After the interviews, we will select our 5 candidates and give them the test. You will have 5 hours to complete the test. All candidates will get paid regardless of results given that you submit some form of the work.

The person selected will receive 3484.80 to 4000 php per week for the first 2 weeks as a trial period. We will then discuss a permanent position and raise given you have worked and meet company goals during the trial.

There are biannual bonuses with the opportunity for profit sharing after 6 months with the right candidate.
