VA / PPC Manager

I am looking for someone who has worked in the Internet Marketing industry,and MUST have experience in the following areas.

- PPC : Bing / Facebook / etc

Must know ALL aspects of Setting Up Campaigns.
Good knowledge of Keyword Research & Bidding
Good knowledge of Writing Ads ( copywriting )
Understand Tracking & Conversions
Ability to Test ( keywords & ads )
Monitoring Campaign


- Email Marketing :

Good understanding of Autoresponders ( AWeber & GetResponse )
Sending Emails ( content and affiliate offers )
Monitoring ( click through rates / etc )
List Management ( cleaning list of inactive subscribers / etc )

- Copywriting :

This is NOT necessary, but will help if you have some experience,
writing ads, emails, etc.

- Stable internet connection

Pay rate:
Approx AUD$300 (12,000 php ) monthly :
