JOB OVERVIEW

We're a full-service Australian digital marketing agency looking for a talented paid traffic expert to step in and manage clients' paid Facebook ad accounts.

You must be a professional PPC Manager with at least 1+ year experience with Facebook Ads and is proficient in English speaking and has excellent writing skills. This excellent opportunity is a long-term project and will present opportunities for the right candidate.

Requirements:

+ Proficient in English speaking and has excellent writing skills
+ Must understand latest Facebook/Instagram ads conversion best practices and be on the forefront of new trends
+ Must be able to create different creatives (Images / Videos - Ad Copies ...)
+ Must be able to properly structure Facebook/Instagram campaigns, ad sets, and ads
+ Must understand how to fully utilize Facebook pixel data
+ Must understand Facebook’s funnel analytics
+ Must understand how to use Facebook audience insights in order to identify highest converting audience groups
+ Must understand custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and video view campaigns
+ Must be proficient in remarking
+ Must understand how to take prospecting campaigns to scalable profitable advertising
+ Must be able to work with small and medium-sized budgets
+ Excellent communication skills

Performance:

+ Must be able to work for me 1 - 4 hours per day
+ Must be able to meet with me at least 1 per week
+ Work on your own time around the scheduled meetings
+ Must be able to help me create benchmarks for KPIs
+ Must be able to optimise exceptionally based off of split testing
+ Must be able to coordinate with my graphic design and technical team
+ Must take initiative when you see opportunities to make campaigns better, letting us know your opinion even if we don’t ask for it :)
