Customer Service Representative/Instagram VA

We are in need of full time Customer Service Representatives to attend to our customer's DMs on Instagram. You are required to work on a 12hr shift from Monday-Sunday.

Qualifications:
- Great communication skills
- At least 2-3 years experience in BPO
- eCommerce experience
- Familiar with Instagram DMs
- Must own a laptop and a good internet connection, at least 3mbps.
- Available to work on graveyard shift
- Must be a team player
