Recruitment Manager with the ability to manage a Team and Projects

I am looking for an experienced human resource person to help me recruit and manage a new digital marketing team. Over the coming days and weeks I will be looking for Graphic Designers, Web Developers, Content Creators, Video Editors & Article Writers.

I want this team to be based throughout the Philippines and it will be your job to help me build this team.

Your daily schedule would include:

1. A daily meeting via Skype moving to gotomeeting as the team grows
2. Project Management
3. Create detailed Job Specifications
4. Marketing our companies recruitment campaign
5. Sourcing Talented People for the job openings
6. Conducting Preliminary Interviews for new team members
7. Administrative Duties - Data Entry, Reporting, Transcription.
8. Managing the Team and projects on an ongoing basis

It is important that you can recognize a skilled applicant who can deliver quality, so having previous experience in this type of job role is essential.

Contractor requirements

You need to be able to speak, read, and write excellent English. You must also be familiar with the following software: Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Docs, Dropbox, Skype.
