Wordpress Engineer

Wanted: A talented Software Designer who can make our web applications look great!

** Initially Freelance but once proven, able to offer Full Time Employment **

I require a talented hardworking Wordpress Designer who can build wordpress websites from scratch. The successful applicant would be desirable to have good CSS skills, as well as proficiency using FTP programs, coding in HTML and some light/basic PHP too.

Our current site can be vistited here ( ---------- ) right now, we have a click funnel page as the homepage but already have a LOT setup within wordpress.

We are looking to bring the funnels-membership and 1 on 1 coaching over to the wordpress platform and eventually have a mobile app.

The website formats will be reasonably similar apart from the design and copy content. They will mostly involve:

1. Plugins to help facilitate current clients
2. building sales funnel pages that connect to active campaign ( our CRM)
3. Blog page
4. back end for clients -
5. Project- building or adding on to our current membership plugin

If you have any other skills such as Clickfunnels, SEO etc these would also be helpful but not compulsory.

Initial requirements:
• Thorough knowledge of WordPress
• Good knowledge of cPanel
• Ability to write in HTML and CSS
• Ability to write in PHP and JS (not mandatory)
• Ability to create an attractive page within a WordPress website, using a page-builder or not.
• Good design skills are desirable


Must be able to work with/communicate with a back end software developer and create a great end-product together.

Eventually, this isn't something that requires a ton of maintenance, so if you want to stay on board as a permanent position, it would be helpful if you have other skills or roles you're willing to play in our business during periods where there isn't much work to do. ( However, we are always adjusting so there's potential for a long term relationship)

Salary:
$ ---------- /mo starting salary with raises to $500, $600+ based on performance.
0.5% Profit Share with future increases based on performance of the business
Cash bonuses (e.g. $50, $100) for completed projects (i.e. we have 5-6 web applications planned for the next 6-12 months)
